OBSERVED KITCHEN UTENSILS STORED INSIDE CONTAINERS WITH STAGNANT WATER IN BETWEEN USES (WATER REGISTERED 70F). DISCONTINUE THIS PRACTICE. STORE UTENSILS IN AN APPROVED, CLEAN, DRY AND SANITIZED LOCATION. YOU COULD ALSO STORE THESE UTENSILS IN WATER MAINTAINING A TEMPERATURE OF 135F OR MORE. UTENSILS WERE MOVED TO WAREWASHING AREA.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.
