Observed marshmallow fluff made on site with egg whites at 68F left on counter overnight. Ensure time/temperature controlled for safety foods are cooled properly and kept at 41F and below to prevent pathogen growth. At time of inspection PIC discarded the fluff.

Observed customer dog inside facility receiving food from an employee. PIC explained to the owner the dog cannot be inside. Counter was sanitized. Employee washed hands. Ensure live animals are not allowed on the premises. Discussed exceptions for service animals, and patrol dogs with police or security officers with PIC at time of inspection.
