Previous license had food that was catered in for immediate service. Food service is now prepared on site. Change of food service requires plan review. Plan review information provided with report.

A new sink has been installed where the was previously a sink with a wooden base cabinet. There is VCT tile beneath the sink and the base cove is not integrated. There is plastic wall covering (FRP) around the plumbing and the installation is not smooth. Repair to meet code. Plans are already required for change of food service, be sure to address questions about the finishes in this area to you plan reviewer.
