Multiple foods in the grab and go cooler that are made or packaged on site do not have ingredient labels. This includes: spinach pie, stuffed grape leaves, baklava and multiple varieties of cakes. Provide a label that has: -name of food -net quantity of food (weight or serving) -ingredients in descending order, including sub ingredients -major food allergens -name and address of preparer or packer Labeling is not required if the foods are not available for self-service. This is a repeat violation.
