Shelving in walk-in coolers is less than 6 inches above floor. Adjust so it is at least 6 inches above floor. Shelving in store holding liquor that has a toe kick installed at the base. Remove the toe kick. Toe kick and low shelving prevents cleaning and provides harborage for pests.
