Clearly label working containers of toxic chemicals with the common chemical name.
An unlabeled spray bottle with chemical solutions was observed in the kitchen. The person-in-charge (PIC) was informed to ensure all chemical spray bottles and containers are properly labeled. This items was immediately corrected onsite.
Cleaning products, pesticides, or other chemicals were stored or labeled in a way that could let them get into food. This is serious because chemical contamination can make people sick quickly.

Concentration of quat sanitizer solution in the spray bottle was too high (500ppm). Informed PIC to ensure they maintain concentration of quat sanitizers used in wiping cloth bucket, dish machine, 3-compartment sink, ad spray bottles between 200-400ppm. This issue was immediately corrected on site.
