Inspector’s notes

Handwash sink in front bar area was observed obstructed by a stack of cups at the time of inspection. Discussed with person in charge that handwash sink cannot be blocked during operating hours or it discourages employees from washing their hands. Person in charge moved stack of cups from in front of handwash sink. Keep handwash sink clear for handwashing at all times during operation to encourage employees to wash hands.
