Observed numerous items out of temperature on the Coldwell. See temperature chart attached with report. Maintain all TCS foods at 41*F or less. Note: Coldwell was holding an ambient temperature of 50*F. Additionally being a Monday morning numerous items in Coldwell had just been prepped.
