This is a repeat violation. Pastries and Sandwiches are sold from La Boulangerie Marguerite (not for self service) and there is no ingredient list on site. Have the bakery provide you with ingredient lists for all pastries and sandwiches sold. Keep on site for inspection and for consumer questions.

You must apply for your certificate within 6 months of taking an approved food safety course.
