Have a thin-tipped food thermometer easily available to measure the internal temperature of thin pieces of food.
Inspector’s notes
NO FOOD THERMOMETER AVAILABLE. PROVIDE A “THIN PROBE” THERMOMETER TO BE ABLE TO ASSESS INTERNAL TEMPERATURES OF FOOD.
