Observed carpeting underneath handwash sink in cafeteria. Discussed with operator. Plans are in place to install approved flooring. Plans were also submitted for a new dish machine and concerns were raised about the vinyl flooring throughout the main kitchen area. Discussed with operator. As long as they plan to keep their food service model to catered food, replacement of the flooring can be delayed until budget allows for replacement.
