Sewage, including liquid waste, must be conveyed to the point of disposal through an approved sanitary sewage system.
Asked person in charge where mop water is being disposed of. They stated they dump water in the back store area in a floor drain on the floor. Discussed with person in charge that they have a mop sink in the back room where they are meant to dispose of mop water. Dump any grey water in this sink as it is meant to dispose of and does not go to the storm drain. Retrain employees to properly dispose of mop water.
The business had issues with hot or cold running water, plumbing, drains, backflow prevention, or sewage disposal. Some of these, like no hot water, can force a temporary closure until fixed.
