Your store has not stocked the following: Title 10, MCO 203.10 (a)-(j). Comply immediately.

Observed #6 plastic styrofoam coffee cups and #6 black plastic coffee lids to be provided for customer use at the coffee bar. These types of containers are disallowed under the Green-to-Go Ordinance. Green-to-Go information sheet will be included in this report. Use coffee cups that are compliant with the Green-to-Go Ordinance.
