6-301.11 Handwashing Cleanser; Availability (Pf) hand sinks shall be supplied with a handwashing cleanser. No hand soap or dispenser observed at hand sink. Dish soap was used for temporary fix until hand soap could be obtained.

3-501.17 Ready-To-Eat Time / Temperature Control for Safety Food; Date Marking (Pf) improper dates were observed on multiple items from where food item was replaced but no new date was added. PIC was knowledgeable of the date the current food items were placed in service such as pizza sauce; spinach cream cheese; sour cream quesadilla spread; and cooked wings.

4-302.14; Priority Foundation; Facility does not have test strips. Provide a test kit that accurately measures sanitizer concentrations. We discussed options to obtain new test strips. Please obtain new strips by July 3rd 2026
