Pf -Observation: thin probe thermometer was not available to measure food temperature. Established has RTE bacon and sausage patties. -Corrected During Inspection (CDI): Person in Charge (PIC) voluntarily went to store to buy a thin probe thermometer and returned before the end of the inspection. Ice bath was done.
