Store chemicals so they cannot contaminate food; equipment; or utensils. CDI-Sanitizer bucket was moved. 7-102.11; Priority Foundation; There were a few unlabeled bottles containing cleaners. Label working containers of toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers. CDI-Bottles were labeled.

Use pesticides approved for use in commercial food service only. CDI-Containers were voluntarily discarded. Facility has contracted with a pest control that visits twice a week. Recommend asking them for advice on pesticides that you may apply in a commercial kitchen for use in between visits.
