3-304.14; Core - (REPEAT) Several buckets of sanitizer for wiping cloths had chlorine concentration less than 50 ppm. A few buckets of sanitizer were stored next to packages of disposable food/beverage containers. A few moist/soiled wiping cloths were on counter tops. Moist/soiled in-use wiping cloths shall be kept in approved clean sanitizer between uses. Sanitizer buckets shall be stored to prevent contamination of food; clean equipment and utensils and disposable food/beverage containers. Store in-use moist/soiled wiping cloths and sanitizer buckets as stated above.
