Maintain bowls and wares clean both inside and outside. . . Food Preparation Sink is not clean. Clean the sink after use with detergent; rinse and apply sanitizer to allow it to air-dry. Pink detergent was located and cleaning started. Rice Scoop was taken to the ware washing sink to soak and start the cleaning process.
