Effectively clean the iced tea container daily; including taking the nozzle apart. Sink was cleaned during inspection and iced tea container was taken to the ware washing sink to clean it.

Sanitizer is 72F. Quaternary sanitizer solution shall be at correct concentration and temperature according to manufactures label use instructions. Poster over three compartment sink states sanitizer shall be lukewarm. Today I wrote on the poster and sticker on the sink compartment required temperature range is 75 to 120 degrees F. This same violation was observed on the last inspection. Quaternary solution shall have a minimum temperature of 75F. Sink was drained to be refilled with warm solution.
