3-501.16(A)(1); Priority; A few trays of cheeseburgers holding less than 135 F. If held hot; TCS (Time/Temperature Control for Safety) foods shall maintain 135 F or above. CDI - Burgers reheated in oven.

4-501.11; Core; Ice buildup present on the walk-in freezer ceiling. Equipment shall be maintained in good repair and proper adjustment. PIC had placed a work order and maintenance repaired the walk-in freezer a few months ago; however; it is in disrepair again. PIC to place a new work order for the walk-in freezer.
