Observed sauce bottles with oil in the interior portion of the lid tracks. Observed blade of can opener with food debris.

Several stacks of aluminum to-go trays were stored above the cookline with the food-contact surface exposed. Store single-use and single-service articles in a clean; dry location; where they are not exposed to splash; dust; or other contamination; and at least 6 inches above the floor.
