At the same hand sink; the cold water at the motion-activated (hands-free) hand sink could not be adjusted; and there was no accessible control to regulate the water temperature. The water coming from the hand sink was 128F and was extremely uncomfortable to wash hands in. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. CDI- Employee moved the equipment from the front of the handsink. *Adjust the temperature to make it comfortable for employees to wash hands. EHS will verify compliance by 10/03/2025.
