3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. Observed container of sanitizer that had a quaternary concentration of 100ppm. Observed two wet wiping cloths stored outside of sanitizer CDI by making a fresh solution between 200-400ppm. Make sure when adding new clean cloths to container that the cloths are already wet so the absorption of the chemical sanitizer does not lower the overall concentration when being tested.

Informed manager/owner of a mop hanging device that has 3M double sided tape to cover exsisting holes in walls and also provide the strength for holding the mops when wet.
