3-305.11; Core; The walk-in cooler has a slow; intermittent drip coming from the seam in the ceiling near the vent. Water was observed dripping onto the floor and creating a splatter. Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean; dry location where it is not exposed to splash; dust; or other contamination. PIC stated the drip had been fixed since previous inspection and recently started dripping again. No points were taken on the previous inspection. A follow up visit will be conducted to check on this repair. Repair this drip to avoid full points and possible action against your facility permit.
