CDI - Grinder components were removed and set aside for cleaning and food employee began cleaning interior of meat grinder. REHS recommends reviewing meat grinder cleaning procedures with employees.

Since the last inspection; a work order for the evaporator unit was submitted and maintenance closed out this work order on August 16 (#253743518). A new work order was submitted during the inspection (#261926037) to have the walk-in freezer serviced. EHS observed a heavily cracked floor tile near cutting boards. There is currently a work order for this floor tile to be replaced and online system states that maintenance should be visiting by 11/30 to complete this work order (#242037012). Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Follow-up with work orders and ensure issues are resolved before the next routine inspection to avoid possible point deductions.
