CDI- All soiled utensils were sent to the warewashing area to be properly cleaned and sanitized during the inspection.; 4-501.114; Priority; Chemical dish machine dispensing 0ppm chlorine when tested. A chemical used in a sanitizing solution for a manual or mechanical operation shall be at the proper concentration (50-200ppm chlorine).
