Sanitizer coming out of dispenser at correct concentration; just leaking at connection knobs to turn on/off. Contact diversity to repair this leak.

Facility waiting on delivery truck; EC recommended to clean shelving while less items in cooler and on shelving. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of a buildup of dust; dirt; food residue and other debris. Clean these areas more frequently. Employee began cleaning shelving during inspection.
