5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink - Operation and Maintenance; Priority Foundation; Back handsink next to three compartment sink ad three empty beer cans and bottles in the basin. A handsink shall be clear and readily available for use by employees. A handsink shall not be used for any other purpose other than handwashing. Did not observe employees using handsink for another use; but do not use as a dump sink. Manager removed beer cans during visit. 6-301.12 Hand Drying Provision; Priority Foundation; Front handsink near ovens did not have paper towels. Each handwashing sink shall have paper towels or other approved hand drying device readily available. Paper towels added to handsink during inspection.
