4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C)- Noted ice machine no longer working. According to person in charge (PIC) ice machine has been down for several months now. PIC has already placed a work order for noted unit. Also noted an accumulation of ice build up along the evaporator coils in the walk-in freezer.
