4-602.11 (A) (1) No detectable sanitizer in the ware washing sink solution. Typical system is not available. QUAT was obtained from the deli and unit filled; but appears to be diluted or not correctly mixing. Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned; and sanitized. Squeeze bottle was labeled today to fill with Quat sanitizer solution to hand mix sanitizer until the system is repaired. Also; manager says mixed sanitizer can be brought from the produce sink. Use test strips to verify presence of sanitizer.
