3-501.18; Priority; In walk-in cooler; prepped containers of spinach dip and pinto beans and an open bag of queso dip were lacking a date label. PIC stated that spinach dip and beans were prepared on Monday and queso bag was opened on Tuesday. Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) food shall be discarded if it is in a container or package that does not bear a date or day. Facility has 24 hours to datemark TCS foods after the package has been opened/food has been prepared. CDI- Date of preparation was known for these foods and PIC was allowed to place date labels on containers.

5-501.114; Core; Drain plug is missing on outside dumpster receptacle. Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse; recyclables; and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. Facility has an active work order (SR1010833) that was submitted on 1/8/2026 for the replacement of this drain plug. *Points may be assessed on future inspections if violation persists.

6-501.114; Core; A nonfunctional 2 door reach-in cooler is kept in the kitchen with service request posted on door. Request dates back to 11/9/2020 (SR645412). Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used shall be removed from the premises. Remove this reach-in cooler if maintenance does not intend to repair it. *Points are now being assessed for this repeat violation.
