Employees are required to wash hands when switching between working with raw food and ready-to-eat food; even when the ready-to-eat food is not directly touched; and are required to wash hands when changing tasks. Verification Required; EHS discussed proper procedure with PIC and will return on 8/9 to ensure proper handwashing is followed.
