5-203.11(A)/5-204.11; Priority Foundation; The only handsink for the establishment is not currently working due to no water and missing handles.- Establishment is required to maintain the required number of hand washing sinks required by Law and for convenient use by employees in areas required by the NC Food Code.- Facility is currently using a produce sink as a method of washing hands and has a work order in. They have been informed to do a "change of use" for this sink by washing; rinsing; and sanitizing the sink in between uses. This item needs to be corrected within 10 days or an intent to suspend may be issued for the permit.
