6-301.11 Each handwashing sink or group of 2 adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid; powder; or bar soap. Pf - Observed 1 of the hand sinks in the female restroom with no soap. Corrected during inspection (CDI): Refilled soap at the affected hand sink. No point at this time; as all other hand sinks comply.

A chemical SANITIZER used in a SANITIZING solution for a manual or mechanical operation at contact times specified under 4-703.11(C) shall meet the criteria specified under §7-204.11 Sanitizers; Criteria; shall be used in accordance with the EPA-registered label use instructions; P. Quat sanitizer concentration shall be between 150 and 400 ppm. - Observed 2 sani-buckets with quat sanitizer concentration of less than 150ppm. CDI - remixed the quat sanitizer to 200 ppm.

4-402.11 Fixed Equipment; Spacing or Sealing - Installation (C) 4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. 4-101.19/4-202.16 Non FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT that are exposed to splash; spillage; or other FOOD soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a CORROSION-RESISTANT; nonabsorbent; and SMOOTH material. NonFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES shall be free of unnecessary ledges; projections; and crevices; and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance. - Observed tape wrapped around a prep sink water faucet that needs a permanent fix; and the tape needs to be removed. Repeat - Observed 1 hand sink with gaps around the sink guard that need to be sealed. Observed significant improvement; no point at this time. Discussed the matter with PIC.

4-302.13 Temperature Measuring Devices; Manual and Mechanical Warewashing (B) In hot water mechanical WAREWASHING operations; an irreversible registering temperature indicator shall be provided and readily accessible for measuring the UTENSIL surface temperature. Pf - Observed a high-heat dishwasher with an irreversible thermometer; but the thermometer is 7F off; which leads to incorrect interpretation of dish sur when testing with this irreversible thermometer. CDI - PIC presented the receipt for the irreversible thermometer order; scheduled for delivery on 8/30/26.
