CDI-Food was moved away from drip tray. PIC will have unit serviced to prevent future drips.

TCS foods must be held cold at 41F or below. CDI-Cheese was voluntarily discarded. Unit was adjusted down; and will be serviced. Other foods in other parts of the unit were holding at 40F or below.
