4-501.114; Priority; There was no measurable quaternary ammonium in the sanitizer solution in use at the 3-compartment sink. Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. Quaternary ammonium sanitizer must measure 200-400ppm; use available test strips to check solution periodically. CDI-Facility remade sanitizer to be 200ppm.
