5-202.12; Core; The handwashing sink next to the fry station does not provide tempered water above 74F. Tempered water of at least 100F water shall be provided at handsinks. CDI- Maintenance repaired sink during inspection.

4-502.13 (B); Core; The dairy dispensing machine's dispensing tube was cut straight across with cream collecting in it. A bulk dairy dispensing tube shall be cut on the diagonal with no more than one inch protruding from the chilled dispensing head. CDI- Tubing was but on a diagonal. 4-903.11(A)(C); Core; A box of Happy Meal boxes were stored on the floor. Store single-use and single-service articles in a clean; dry location; where they are not exposed to splash; dust; or other contamination; and at least 6 inches above the floor. CDI- Boxes were moved to shelving.

Inspector provided with work order showing a new gasket was ordered on 12.29.25 and the replacement glass is being held in office - items are expected to be repaired no later than Thursday; January 15; 2026.

4-601.11(B) and (C); Core; There is strawberry and chocolate syrup inside the bottom cooler of the icecream/flurry machine. The inner rim of the sprayer head at the 3 compartment sink has a buildup of residue. The backs of some of the monitors have a buildup of dust. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust; dirt; food residue; and other debris. Clean any areas building up soil; debris; and/or grease. Clean these items more frequently.
