2-301.14 When to Wash (P) Employee observed placing raw meat onto grill with blue gloves on; then changed from blue gloves directly to white gloves and proceeded to handle ready to eat bread without a handwashing step in between. Employees shall wash hands when switching between working with raw food and working with ready to eat food. Corrected During Inspection - Discussed with manager on duty; who provided education to employee immediately; then employee proceeded to wash hands and proceed back to food preparation.
