4-601.11 (A); Priority Foundation; Observed the drain line beneath the three-compartment sink to be significantly clogged; resulting in standing/ stagnant water in each basin. This sink is the facility’s primary and only method for cleaning and sanitizing utensils. According to the Person in Charge; the issue began this morning. Due to the plumbing backup; dishes and utensils were not able to be properly sanitized. All equipment; food-contact surfaces; and utensils must be clean to sight and touch. CDI- A technician was contacted and was onsite during the inspection to clear the drain line.
