Procedures for responding to vomiting & diarrheal events
2-501.11; Priority Foundation; Facility could not locate their bodily fluid clean-up plan. A written clean up procedure shall be availalbe for employees to follow when responding to vomit or diarrheal events. CDI- provided educational material. No points taken.

6-501.111; Core; A roach was observed in the storage cabinet under the microwave. The premises shall be kept free of insects; rodents and other pests. Utilize approved methods of pest control to keep the premises free of pests. Work with professional exterminator if necessary. Keeping the facility clean and eliminating harborage conditions helps control pests as well. Facility was observed clean today.
The inspector found mice, rats, cockroaches, flies, or evidence of them (like droppings) inside the business, or conditions that could attract them. Pests can spread bacteria to food and surfaces, so this is treated as one of the more serious findings.

4-903.11(A) and (C); Core; Plastic forks and spoons on the serving line were stored with the food-contact portion facing upwards in the self-serve area. Single-use articles shall be kept in the original protective package or stored by using other means that afford protection from contamination until used. Ensure the food-contact surface is facing down inside clean containers to avoid contamination of the food-contact portion when people go to grab them. CDI- items inverted during inspection.
