Observation: The hand sink in the kitchen does not have hot water under pressure. Ensure that hot water is available at all handsinks. 5-202.12 Handwashing Sinks; Installation (C) Provide at least 100F water at handsinks.

Observation: The single service forks offered in basket does not prevent hand contact with mouth portion of the utensil. Ensure that all utensils are dispensed handle up to prevent hand/mouth contact. CDI: Thsi was corretced during inspection by placing utensils handles up in different container for dispensing. 4-904.11 Kitchenware and Tableware - Preventing Contamination (C) (A) Display and handle single-use and single-service articles and cleaned and sanitized utensils to prevent contamination.
