6-301.12; Priority Foundation; Towel Dispenser on the side of the kitchen where food is prepared; closest to the toilet room; is not dispensing towels. Paper Towels shall be available at each handwashing sink. Replacement of the towel dispenser is needed. Manager removed the paper towels from the dispenser today and has them stored on the edge of the sink for access.
