6-303.11; Core; LED light strip is flickering in the bathroom. Temporary lamp is used at the handwashing sink to illuminate bathroom until light fixture is repaired. Maintenance has already visited and determined that repairs need to be made to the ballast. Work order (SR981931) was submitted on 8/27/25 and maintenance visited on 9/12/25. At least 20 foot candles are required at a distance of 75 cm (30 inches) above the floor in areas used for handwashing; warewashing; and equipment and utensil storage; and in toilet rooms. Follow-up with maintenance to ensure light fixture is repaired.
Floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, ventilation, or garbage areas needed repair or cleaning. These are usually less urgent than food-handling problems but still need to be fixed.

Points may be deducted on future inspections for this violation.

7-201.11; Priority; A spray bottle of General Cleaner was stored on the shelf above peaches in the four compartment sink. Poisonous/toxic materials shall be stored in a manner that prevents the contamination of food; clean utensils; clean equipment and other supplies. CDI - Spray bottle was relocated to a bottom shelf.
