5-205.11 Using a handwashing sink Operation and maintenance (A)A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Pf (B) A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Pf - Rear handsink was blocked by mop bucket and had a container with celery inside. Hand sink plumbing was also not in good repair. While EC was washing hands observed water draining on floor from striped pipe. REPEAT. VR required for plumbing on hand sink 6/12/2026. Part (A) was corrected during inspection by removing container and relocating mop bucket.

3-501.15; Priority Foundation; Foods to be cooled were in large; deep pans with plastic wrapped tightly on them. Quickly cool foods. Use methods such as open/vented shallow pans; large ice baths and active stirring. Cold air must flow around product to remove the heat. Divide food into smaller; thinner portions. Keep food uncovered while cooling. CDI-Educational materials on cooling provided to PIC via email. Plastic was removed; food was divided; and moved to freezer for faster cooling. .
