4-901.11 Equipment and Utensils; Air-Drying Required (C) Cross stack the dishes to allow the air-drying process to take place. There were some dishes that were stacked wet. 4-903.11 (A) Clean dishes were left in seating water. Store cleaned equipment; utensils; linens in a clean; dry location; where they are not exposed to splash; dust; or other contamination; and at least 6 inches above the floor.
Equipment, utensils, thermometers, cutting boards, or single-use items were not in good condition, not the right type, or not stored properly.

5-501.112 Outside Storage Prohibitions (C) There was some storage in the dumpster area. Remove all storage to prevent pest harborage. The dumpster is a shared dumpster but there was a sliver cup holder that had Starbuck's cups in the holder.
Floors, walls, ceilings, lighting, ventilation, or garbage areas needed repair or cleaning. These are usually less urgent than food-handling problems but still need to be fixed.
