Handwashing sinks supplied & accessible
6-301.11 Handwashing Cleanser; Availability (Pf) There is no soap at the handwashing sink in the front where beverages and sandwiches are prepared. Maintain soap at the each handwashing sink. Manger went to Walgreens and purchased a soap for the handwashing sink.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

3-305.11 Yellow Trays inside several refrigerators for storing sandwiches are heavily soiled. Store food in a clean location; not exposed to contamination. Effective cleaning of the yellow plastic trays is needed. If yellow sandwich trays cannot be effectively cleaned; discard and replace the yellow trays.

3-304.14; Core; Several sanitizer buckets with 0 ppm quaternary sanitizer. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be held between uses in a chemical concentration at correct concentration according to manufactures label use. Quaternary sanitizer shall be at 200-400ppm. Dispenser at three compartment sink where buckets are filled is not dispensing sanitizer. Sanitizer company called during inspection to service dispenser. All dishes are washed; rinsed and sanitized in dish machine. Ready-made sanitizer wipes being used until company comes to service dispenser.
