3-501.16 (A) (2) and (B) Time / Temperature Control for Safety Food; Hot and Cold Holding (P): Chicken wings inside left reach-in cooler and TCS food items in top portion of right reach-in cooler are holding above 41F. CDI: Wings reheated to 165F and TCS foods inside right cooler were discarded based on discussion with PIC. Maintenance has been contacted. Please refrain from storing food in this cooler until it can be repaired.
