Recommend adding a location such as a drink rail for the employee to store his phone. Shelf or rail could be added above the soap dispenser in the corner near the prep sink. Today the phone was moved to a shelf behind the employee cutting raw chicken. . . . Handwashing sink is supplying extremely hot water from both hot and cold water faucet. Handwashing sink to the right of the raw chicken sink is not usable. Likely there is a cross~connection with very hot water in the cold line. After running the cold water several minutes; the sink is usable. Manager agrees to contact me when ware washing sink faucets are replaced (or repaired) to verify cross~connection has been resolved.
