There is often no residual chlorine (although one cycle resulted in measurable chlorine residual). . . 3-compartment sink dispenser is dispensing too much sanitizer with concentration approximately 500 ppm Quaternary Ammonium. Use test strips to measure sanitizer. Water was added to the solution twice today to bring sanitizer concentration into range. Sanitizer company was called and scheduled for a visit today to make the needed corrections.
