6.4(A) - Repairing
The physical facilities were not maintained in good repair. Leaky ceiling in the display area near the walking freezers. Store manager indicated the issue will be repaired soon, heath inspector will be informed with an e-mail. . Manager indicated there are some pipes's corrosions , and shall be replaced this might need extra time to be replacd. The situation is under control.
